- A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Level 3 nursery nurse or higher at an independent nursery in Cradley Heath
- salary to be discussed
- room leader responsibilities, ensuring paperwork, learning journeys are up to date
- supervising and supporting children aged 0-11 Years
- keeping children motivated and working towards their Early Years learning goals
- planning and implementing children’s learning and play activities
- monitor employees practice and ensuring safeguarding concerns are escalated
- observing and assessing children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- essential -The successful candidate must have a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
- essential -The successful candidate must have a relevant Level 2/3 childcare qualification
- must have at least 2 years experience in a room leader or similar role
- 2 years minimum experience within an early years setting is also required
- desirable – Disclosure and barring service check required and on the update service
- paediatric first aid L3, Food hygiene L2 and Safeguarding L2
- salary is NMW for L3's and negotiable for higher levels
