  • update Sales Office “Order Board”
  • all customer enquiries by telephone or e-mail relating to “Point of Sales” will be processed and passed on to purchasing to arrange a dispatch courier where required
  • assist with general administration duties within the Department as and when required
  • update Client Spreadsheets
  • BDM's to be updated with all customer contact within their relevant area via email and/or telephone
