leading and managing the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and excellent service to our customers
developing and maintaining menus that are in line with our fresh food philosophy and appeal to a diverse range of customers
ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
ordering, managing and controlling stock levels and ensuring that wastage is kept to a minimum
overseeing the preparation, cooking and presentation of food to ensure consistent quality
working closely with the General Manager to manage costs and drive profitability
recruiting, training, and developing kitchen staff to maintain a high standard of performance
Requirements
proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment
A passion for fresh food and creating exciting and innovative menus
strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
good organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
