Responsibility
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor
- manage reservations and walk-in guests, ensuring prompt seating and accommodation of guest preferences
- provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverages, addressing guest inquiries with expertise
- coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery
- accurately process transactions and handle cash and card payments
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and reception areas
- address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- assist in setting up the dining area for service, including table settings and decorations as required
Requirements
- must be at least 17 years old
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
- strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
