Responsibility

  • the role will include lifting and carrying heavy boxes, loading and unloading vans, following instructions and auditing stock levels
  • the applicant will need to be able to move up and down ladders to put on and remove boxes from shelves
  • the successful applicant will be required to support the team with the organisation and auditing of stock, deliveries and tools in the warehouse
  • this position is a temporary position and will run until mid January
  • whilst you will have a line manager, you will be required to work by yourself and manage your time effectively, ensuring that you support the smooth operation of the workplace
  • good organisation skills are essential and you will need to be able to communicate effectively with the team when being asked to retrieve an item and also when reporting to line manager regarding stock levels
  • having a driving licence and access to your own car is beneficial as the location of our workshop is in rural Worcester
  • the working hours will be 8:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
