  • able to work in a kitchen and able to follow recipes and procedures
  • able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel, and lift or carry food or supplies
  • able to work with teams of people as part of a required daily routine
  • able to follow all food safety procedures, including USDA-approved HACCP guidelines
  • must be able to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the restaurant
  • must be able to follow all company policies and procedures
  • must be able to work overtime as needed and on weekends as needed
