Responsibility
- we are looking for Support Worker to join our team at locations in Crosshouse
- we are looking for Support Worker to join our team at locations in Kilmarnock
- you will promote positive health and well-being of the people you support, enabling them to have a meaningful life
- to assist service users who need help with getting up in the morning, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing and the toilet
- we will provide you with training and development, including supporting you to obtain an SVQ qualification
- successful applicants will need to register with the Protection of Vulnerable Groups scheme and Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC
- you will be providing a high standard of person-centred support and care to service users with physical and/or learning disabilities, encouraging them to live as independently as possible
- to share with other staff in meeting the personal care needs of service users in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence and to help in the general day-to-day activities within and out with the service users’ home
