- supporting the Proposals Manager with the development of the response structure
- drafting, reviewing and writing creative and persuasive tender content
- leading the response planning session with subject matter experts to agree win themes and bespoke client solutions
- building effective working relationships and communicating with clients, their teams and internal customers
- supporting the development of bid strategy including storyboarding, identifying USPs and win themes
- editing/ re-writing responses from content contributors from across the firm to ensure win themes are articulated
