Responsibility
- thorium Security are looking for a dedicated and professional Team Leader to cover our sites in Cardiff and surrounding areas
- conduct training sessions for security staff to ensure they are well-equipped and up-to-date with the latest security protocols
- conducting regular audits to improve and maintain our security standards
- provide comprehensive reports to senior managers, including incidents and improvements
- uphold and enforce company standards and policies, including uniform compliance, paperwork accuracy, and adherence to established procedures
- this role also involves working on site as a Retail Guard with supervisory duties
- we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Security Team Leader to join our team and lead the way in ensuring safety, compliance, and excellence within our organisation
- ensure the safety and security of staff and customers within the working environment
Requirements
- A Valid SIA License - Frontline Door Supervisor or Security Guarding
- exceptional leadership skills to manage and motivate security personnel
- effective communication for interactions with staff and customers
- ability to deter anti-social behaviour, theft, and criminal activities
- must be reliable and punctual
- be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested which includes you being able to supply a full 5-year work/education history
