Responsibility

  • shared responsibility for engineers’ scheduling & planning/workload to ensure sufficient labour and resources are available
  • the purpose of the Service Administrator is to ensure tasks are raised in a timely and efficient manner in relevance to the set routine ,site notes are up-to date, and appropriate site tags are applied & Thor-Fire engineers are allocated & scheduled the correct tasks at the right time& liaising with clients and providing great customer service to our clients
  • the Service Administrator is to work in conjunction with the Service Co-ordinator and is jointly responsible that the correct engineers are scheduled effectively, efficiently and have the correct skill set to perform the task assigned
  • reviewing routines to ensure service tasks are completed within compliance dates
