Responsibility

• you will be required to take and transfer telephone calls, greet clients and generally make sure the office is run smoothly
• the role will also include admin duties - such as scanning, photocopying, typing, opening and distributing post, and diary management etc
• the ability to prioritise urgent matters

• liaising with both clients and staff in the office, being courteous and professional at all times
• this is a full time, in-office position where you will be the first point of contact for clients, both by telephone and in person
• to comply with all the regulatory aspects working within a law firm as well as dealing with client queries professionally and efficiently
• we use a case/document management system making us a paper-lite office, but there will also be elements of filing, photocopying and scanning
