Requirements
- candidates must be mature, self-sufficient and prepared to headhunt from target organisations and within target skillsets
- you must be able to articulate your interest in a Recruitment career and ideally have an interest in Financial Markets/Banking
- very strong presentation and communication skills are essential
- prior sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- you must be a quick learner, flexible in your approach but prepared to learn your trade, rather than attempt to run before you can walk
- ultimately this is a Sales job so candidates must have a bias towards running their own "desks" and revenue streams, with a strong work ethic
- ability to work to aggressive time scales, quick thinking but with the ability to understand, and therefore affect, the complexities of each transaction
