A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people, adhering to the highest standards of professional conduct
proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a residential care setting, with a track record of successful staff management and development
excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with young people, staff, and external stakeholders
Responsibility
overall Management: Take overall responsibility for the management, operation, and development of the semi-independent children's home
regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and OFSTED standards, maintaining a good or outstanding rating for the home
reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, preparing reports and documentation as required by OFSTED and other regulatory bodies
