  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people, adhering to the highest standards of professional conduct
  • proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a residential care setting, with a track record of successful staff management and development
  • excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with young people, staff, and external stakeholders

Responsibility

  • regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and OFSTED standards, maintaining a good or outstanding rating for the home
