Responsibility

  • the opening and closing of the business with responsibility for the building, staff and all contents
  • knowledge of and compliance with licensable activities
  • setting up of club and band audio equipment
  • serving on the bar and monitoring drinks served, whilst setting a good example to bar staff
  • to assist in the training and development of staff
  • we are looking for a personal licence holder with previous experience as a duty bar manager to oversee the smooth running of the venue on a full time basis
  • the ability to calmly lease with door staff / promoters & staff in a fast pasted environment
  • being responsible for cash handling and till reconciliation

Requirements

  • duty managment: 1 year
