reporting to our CEO, the Managing Director will be responsible for our Consulting business area with full responsibility for the P&L
at Third Bridge, we're a primary research business providing professional services to Private and Public Equity Investors, Investment Consultants, Investment Managers, and more
Requirements
GM level candidate with significant experience managing a complex business unit
strategic mindset with an ability to build a long-term vision with short-term execution plans
experience working and managing a large team with full P&L responsibility for their business area
experience working with sophisticated client structures
negotiation, closing and renewal of multi-million pound business contracts
high performance driven and hold themselves and their team accountable to meeting and exceeding client SLA’s
strong organisational and management skills
client-centric attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
