Requirements
experience of recruitment/sales/employer engagement, ideally within an education or B2B environment
must be competent and experienced in dealing with management level
must be used to a high level of autonomy and be highly organised
highly personable, able to develop relationships
driven and goal orientated
experience of successfully achieving targets, together with the ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, take responsibility, use initiative and be proactive, incorporating flexibility when required
must have experience in creating their own leads through strategic planning, following up and closing sales, capable of planning route to achieving goals without need for micro-management
performs well and enjoys target driven, fast-paced environments
