Requirements
- experience of recruitment/sales/employer engagement, ideally within an education or B2B environment
- must be competent and experienced in dealing with management level
- must be used to a high level of autonomy and be highly organised
- highly personable, able to develop relationships
- driven and goal orientated
- experience of successfully achieving targets, together with the ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, take responsibility, use initiative and be proactive, incorporating flexibility when required
- must have experience in creating their own leads through strategic planning, following up and closing sales, capable of planning route to achieving goals without need for micro-management
- performs well and enjoys target driven, fast-paced environments
