- you will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop, implement and deliver a Greater London Employer Engagement strategy, growing a pipeline of opportunities and vacancies within the Digital and Health and Social care sectors
- ∙ Communicate clearly and professionally with other colleagues across the business
- ∙ Keep up-to-date with Think Employment policies and procedures, as well as other industry standards to ensure that you are working within the appropriate framework and guidelines for our team to deliver a high-quality service offer
- ∙ Adhere to data information security and protection regulations when handling sensitive and personal information
- ∙ Follow guidance and procedures for reporting incidents – such as safeguarding, prevent and health and safety – to ensure that the Designated Officers/Management Team can adhere to legislative reporting requirements

- ∙ Undertake appropriate mandatory training relevant for the post and business needs and participate in the staff appraisal process and CPD framework
Requirements
- experience of recruitment/sales/employer engagement, ideally within an education or B2B environment
- must be competent and experienced in dealing with management level
- must be used to a high level of autonomy and be highly organised
