- monitor and manage online reputation and brand sentiment for clients across digital channels, proactively responding to customer inquiries and feedback to maintain a positive brand image
- overseeing Client marketing campaigns
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, account managers, designers, developers, and clients, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
- knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and website management
- if you are just finishing university we will fast track you to gain these skills in your first year
- knowledge / experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising
