  • develop and execute highly effective digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive brand awareness, online traffic, and lead generation
  • conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify key opportunities and emerging trends in the digital marketing landscape, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients
  • optimise client websites, content, and user experience to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates, ensuring their digital presence reflects their brand identity and values
  • plan and implement targeted paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and display networks, to maximise reach and return on investment
  • as a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive online engagement, and increase customer acquisition and retention
  • monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilising key metrics and analytics tools to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to clients
  • collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters, ensuring it aligns with client brand messaging and resonates with their target audience

Requirements

  • knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and website management
  • if you are just finishing university we will fast track you to gain these skills in your first year
  • knowledge / experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising
  • excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • working hours 37.5 hours
  • understanding of user experience principles and best practices for website optimisation, ensuring exceptional digital experiences for clients and their customers
  • have graduated or are currently Studying a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. An interest in Graphic Design, Content writing via Chat GPT is a plus
  • strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with the aptitude to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and clients
