Working hours

Responsibility
- carpenter based in the Leicester region required to work with a leading Housing Association
- work will include carrying out 2nd fix carpentry repairs ranging from hanging doors, lock replacements, replacing skirting and archatrives
- my client requires an experienced carpenter to carry out reative and planned repairs on tenanted social housing properties across the Leicester, Market Harbourgh and wider East Midlands region
- this is a permament positon working a standard 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. An out of hours rota is in place and candidates will be expect to carry out out of hours calls out on a 1 in 3 weeks basis
Requirements
- minimum NVQ or City & Guilds level 2 in Carpentry
- NVQ or City & Guilds in Carpentry or Plumbing
- you will have experience of delivering carpentry repair work on domestic properties
- you will have experience of delivering multi-trade work with additional trade skills of basic plumbing, patch plastering or tiling
- 3 years minimum experience
- full UK Driving Licence
- full UK Driving licence
- social housing maintenance experience ideal bu not essiental
