Responsibility
- this is a full-time permanent position, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- think Business Support Limited is a professional provider of business to business property related maintenance across London at the wider South East region
- under our local labour initiative, we are positively encouraging applicants residing in close proximity to the work site
- we operate a large number of contracts with Local Councils, Housing Associations, Facilities Management Companies, Property Management Companies, Property Developers as well as Businesses in the Private Sector
- our company was first established in 1987, benefiting from regular growth since, and developing into the strong and structured business it is today
- due to our continued growth we are seeking an experienced Cleaning & Clearance Operative to work with our Cleaning, Estates and Property Services divisions
- duties will include the clearance of household property, construction refuse and garden waste as well as assisting with specialist cleaning projects and our grounds maintenance teams in a general labour role
- experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided. Reliability, conscientiousness and the ability to work to your own initiative will be key skills required by the successful candidate
