Responsibility
- draft and work with hiring managers to update role specifications
- prepare recruitment materials for the candidates, the website and to post jobs to appropriate job boards
- promote the company's reputation and attractiveness at all times
- source and attract suitable candidates, including a diverse talent pool, up and coming talent and a future hiring pipeline
- work with the hiring manager to screen candidates and manage the end-to-end talent lifecycle
- conduct telephone and video interviews using our recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes against the role specifications
- provide timely feedback and communicate job offers to candidates
Requirements
- proven experience as an in-house recruiter
- hands on experience with various selection processes
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- positive mindset and a can-do attitude
- strong decision-making skills
- A passion and enthusiasm for recruitment
- proactive in sourcing candidates and building a talent pipeline
- ability to manage your own workload
