Responsibility

  • assist the Paid Social Manager in campaign management for our portfolio of clients
  • continuously improve performance via a structured test and learn approach
  • work closely with internal teams to optimise the customer journey
  • feedback to Design teams to create best performing Ad creatives
  • help test and trial new acquisition channels and products that will benefit clients and help us grow, commercially
  • help grow relationship with Meta as a Marketing Partner
  • devise new, fresh ideas on processes and products
  • work with the wider team to best spend ~£M+ acquisition budget and optimise CPA

Requirements

  • A passion for digital marketing, an interest in technology, a thirst for knowledge and a creative mind
  • at least 1 years’ Meta Ads campaign management experience desirable
  • computer literacy
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • confidence in a client facing role, whether on a Teams call or in person
  • good copy writing skills for writing and testing ad copy
  • an excellent understanding of Social Media as an advertising platform, particularly Facebook and Instagram
  • happy to work individually and as part of a team
