Responsibility
- working as part of a team you will ensure that you meet Customer service standards and reasonable expectations
- to attend responsive repairs, diagnose faults and undertake remedial actions
- provide support and cover to other engineers and participate in the “out of hours” service provision duty rota
- carry out a wide range of work dependent on demand, to a high standard and ensuring high levels of productivity at all times
- liaise with despatcher for appointments, access and work details as necessary; Liaise with customers to arrange access arrangements and to discuss works
Requirements
