- maintaining the MRP system with correct pricing, lead times and information
- monitoring of purchase orders, ensuring correct confirmations are received and overdue orders are tackled
- supplier management
- compiling and maintaining purchase records, supplier databases and procurement contracts
- evaluation of suppliers and the review of product quality control
- project monitoring of all live projects
- maintaining and monitoring inventory
