Responsibility

  • supporting other departments with their design requirements and producing quick turn around drawings for the critical care environment
  • supporting strategy, adhering to best practice, and meeting TTFM's asset management standards
  • creating new and maintaining existing drawing records to ensure accuracy and completeness. This will include HVAC design layouts, floor plans, sections, elevations, topographical surveys, and other electronically stored records in CAD format
  • providing asset drawing records in a timely manner to the project delivery process, and amalgamating as-built data from contractors so that impacted assets are recorded accurately
  • working to align TTFM's drawing records into a consistent format that is easily accessible to those across TTFM that require it for decision making
