Responsibility

  • there Goes Coffee is looking for a General Manager to begin towards the end of November / early December
  • we took over the running of the cafe in May 2021 which we run alongside our events setup
  • café General Manager
  • oversee daily operations of the café, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring excellent customer service
  • develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • create and update menus, ensuring a variety of high-quality food and beverage options
  • train and mentor café staff on customer service, food preparation, and safety procedures

  • previous experience of working in the Speciality Coffee industry
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
