Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- monitoring the movement of goods from international factories and distribution centres into the 3PLs
- proactively informing Sales Managers, Planning Team and Credit teams of any changes to either inbound or outbound order progress
- support the effective resolution of any operational issues arising for the wholesale customer and retail teams
- working in collaboration with the 3PLs to ensure wholesale and retail requirements are met
- ensure the returns process is maintained correctly
- report creation and response as required
- support the Operations and Logistics function for Theory and Helmut Lang Europe by working with the Logistics Team to ensure inbound shipments, customs clearances, 3PL warehouses and outbound couriers are able to operate with all necessary processes completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- supplying forecasts to operating partners
Requirements
- experience of working in a similar position within the retail logistics industry
- experience of dealing with 3PLs and Freight Forwarders
- excellent attention to detail
- demonstrable prioritisation skills
- experience of working with ERP BlueCherry
- strong communication skills
- able to work independently and take personal ownership
- logistics: 1 year
