Responsibility
- you will work as part of a new team we are recruiting to handle the operations of all customer orders
- working with Account Management team to ensure we deliver excellent customer service
- responsible for understanding customer order requirements and delivery deadlines to ensure we execute on what we commit to each customer
- dealing with internal production team to manage the manufacture and production of items created in house
- raising of purchases orders on external suppliers
- being a fast growing, innovative business, this role will be very diverse, and no day will look the same making this an exciting opening within the company as we continue to grow rapidly and scale up our team
- working with external suppliers to schedule requirements in line with customer delivery expectations
- working alongside an established team you will be responsible for the handling of all customer orders, being the main point of contact for customers once orders are placed with us and conducting administrative tasks relating to these handling everything from receipt of order through to delivery
