Responsibility
answer incoming calls & enquiries, telesales /support for new and existing customers
generate cold sales leads, close warm sales leads, manage the sales pipeline, collect data, create and update databases ie. CRM system
sharing market intelligence with the business, including competitor activity and pricing
we promote a positive and enjoyable office atmosphere, whilst still being able to hit targets and delivering excellent customer service
working with the design partners to maintain a level of online marketing content, keeping the message and brand fresh
co-ordinate site visits for the partners to assist with job approval and compliance responsibilities
we are looking for highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join the company to promote our services
