Responsibility

  • answer incoming calls & enquiries, telesales /support for new and existing customers
  • generate cold sales leads, close warm sales leads, manage the sales pipeline, collect data, create and update databases ie. CRM system
  • sharing market intelligence with the business, including competitor activity and pricing
  • we promote a positive and enjoyable office atmosphere, whilst still being able to hit targets and delivering excellent customer service
  • working with the design partners to maintain a level of online marketing content, keeping the message and brand fresh
  • co-ordinate site visits for the partners to assist with job approval and compliance responsibilities
  • we are looking for highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join the company to promote our services
