Responsibility
- we are seeking a proactive and versatile individual to join our team as a part-time Events and Marketing Coordinator
- this hybrid role will require 16 hours of work per week and offers a competitive hourly rate of £11
- the working pattern is flexible, and specific days and hours will be agreed upon with the successful applicant
- coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including setting up event spaces with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- you will also be in charge of managing our social media accounts and creating aesthetically pleasing spreads and spaces for events
- promote café space for hire: Actively market our café space as an ideal venue for events, both internally and externally
- in this role, you will be responsible for promoting our café space for hire, identifying internal and external event opportunities, handling catering enquiries, and setting up events
- event coordination: Call and liaise with leads to discuss catering enquiries and provide detailed information about our services
Requirements
- previous experience in event coordination and marketing is preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and time management abilities
- proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- attention to detail and ability to create aesthetically pleasing event spaces and spreads
