- customers and managing directors
- throughout each day tables much be kept tidy from used plates, cups, cutlery and litter
- support the coffee shop Leader to create and maintain an ambience and environment in accordance with the vision of the managing directors
- notify the coffee shop Leader/Directors of any ‘near miss’ incidents
- cake display is wiped and dried each day to remove smears and keep them clean
- mirror is polished, sink is washed, bin is emptied and toilet is cleaned down daily
