- good understanding of economic development principles, and specifically women’s economic development research
- strong entrepreneurial/ intrapreneurial skills
- able to work collaboratively and sustain effective working relationships with diverse colleagues, stakeholders, partners, and clients
- attention to detail with analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
