- the William Wilberforce Care Home is looking for an Activities Coordinator to lead in and enabling them to have an whilst maintaining their independence, choice and integrity
- programs and activity plans should cover a range of individualized and groups that will suit a range of abilities based on residents' varied interests
- assist in the individual assessment of the social needs of the residents, through meeting with them, team members and family members
- regularly seek the feedback of our Residents and involve them in the social calendar
- be creative with further activities to push the boundaries of the typical activity programme
- assist in developing community links with local groups
- arranging birthday surprises for the home residents
- updating activity notes and care plans
