  • event preparation
  • food preparation
  • event packing
  • maintaining strong communication with Event Coordinators to ensure smooth operations
  • manage and work together with the daily team to deliver a smooth service for and at events
  • on site at events, including some weekends
  • ensuring health and safety systems and procedures are in place and followed
  • this role will involve varied responsibilities both within event preparation, assisting in the general running of the kitchen and also in the smooth delivery of events on site on event days
