Responsibility

  • recruitment process including preparing and posting job advertisements
  • assisting with staff inductions and associated paperwork for training
  • to support the team to maintain appropriate personnel files compliant with GDPR, employment law and CQC standards
  • support the team to provide the Finance department of all new starters, leavers and other changes to contracts and pay
  • research and attend Job Fairs and any other relative community engagements
  • promote diversity and equality
  • to provide support to the Wilberforce Trust HR Officer/ Manager

Requirements
