Responsibility

  • you must be a team-player with bags of enthusiasm who can play an important role in our business
  • you will work four to five days over seven on a rota basis which will include both evenings and weekends
  • the Moorwood Hotel Collection are the proud owners of The White Hart Moorwood Moor, Hurt Arms Ambergate, Canal Inn Bullbridge and Horse & Jockey Wessington
  • an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Kitchen team at the Horse & Jockey Wessington. This is an opportunity to learn extensive kitchen operation skills from the bottom up
  • we are looking for a talented and passionate candidate who wants to learn new skills and develop a career as a chef. No experience required as full training will be provided
  • you will work under both our Sous and Head Chef in all areas of the kitchen and assist with food preparation, general food hygiene and stock deliveries along with other kitchen duties
