Responsibility

  • meet and greet patients for consultations/treatments ensuring they are dealt with in a first class, professional manner
  • booking in clients
  • answering email, instagram, phone calls and whatsapp messages
  • monitoring and updating waitlist
  • making sure practitioners diaries are full
  • responsible for taking payments for treatments and products, ensuring company policies and procedures and security standards are complied with
  • responsible for the co-ordination of clients files
  • responsible to ensure clients complaints are reported to a Manager

Requirements

  • experience as receptionist/coordinator or comparable role
  • previous experience in 5 Star Client Relations in the hotel / beauty counter / spa / leisure sector
  • excellent administration skills
  • have impeccable presence and be naturally bubbly
  • efficient, organised, capable to multitask
  • have the ability to listen and respond to demanding client needs
  • excellent communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of client service
