  • the Facilities manager also plays a key role in security, health and safety, fire evacuation and other aspects of facility management
  • creating and maintaining shift rotas and ensuring adequate cover is always provided

  • report any suspicious/unsafe situations or actions to a manager
  • stock and maintain supply cupboards and notify the Senior Housekeeper of any stock requirements
  • attend and engage with relevant staff training, briefings and meetings
  • carrying out daily cleaning in our offices, meeting rooms, stairways and toilets
