- strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- hold a relevant Health & Safety qualification such as IOSH
- facilities management: 3 years
Responsibility
- attend meetings with management
- assist the Head of Facilities & IT to manage the budget for facilities management
- deputise for the Head of Facilities & IT when required
- the Facilities Manager is responsible for the upkeep of our 5-star visitor attraction ensuring that it runs safely and provides visitors with an amazing experience
- any other duties commensurate with your role
- the Facilities manager also plays a key role in security, health and safety, fire evacuation and other aspects of facility management
- creating and maintaining shift rotas and ensuring adequate cover is always provided
- conduct development reviews and coach where necessary
