welcoming patients with a smile, warmth, and professionalism, ensuring an excellent first impression
managing incoming calls, emails, website enquiries, and WhatsApp messages efficiently and courteously
booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments through our practice management system
checking patients in and out, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
liaising with all members of the dental team to support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
assisting with administrative tasks, compliance documentation and patient correspondence
remaining calm and organised when working under pressure or during busy clinic times
upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with CQC and GDPR regulations
Requirements
strong office administration skills with a keen attention to detail
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff
proficient in using office equipment and software relevant to dental practice management
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
A friendly disposition with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential
