- maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies, ingredients, and utensils are stocked and readily available
- handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and accurately process payments
- uphold responsible alcohol service practices, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons
- monitor customer behaviour and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- take customer orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of our beverage offerings, including shots, craft beers, beers, wines, and spirits
- engage with customers in a personable and attentive manner, actively listening to their needs and preferences to provide recommendations and personalized service
Requirements
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively within a team
- strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle a high volume of orders while maintaining attention to detail
