Responsibility
- we are currently looking for a Cleaning Team Supervisor to work with us
- the role will be on a full-time basis for around 40 hours a week
- supervise and lead a team of 8 Street Cleaners to ensure efficient and effective operations
- assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring work is completed on time and to the required standards
- provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed
- collaborate with the client to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- maintain a safe and productive work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire team members
- strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
