Responsibility
- to provide delightful hospitality to all customers of the café
- to work in a way that is consistent with The Edge Cafe's vision
- to provide excellent customer service, serving customers promptly, courteously and with a smile
- to develop knowledge of products and share that knowledge with customers and other team members in a confident manner
- to maintain a clean and tidy environment at all times in the café, preparation areas and customer & staff toilets
- POSITION: Café Assistant
- to be an active and supportive team member, contributing in a constructive manner and treating all cafe's team members and customers with fairness and courtesy
- to assist the Café Manager with the preparation of food and customer orders
Requirements
- barista experience highly desirable
