- safely loading and securing goods on the vehicle alongside the Distribution team
- maintaining and conducting basic checks of the vehicle, including brake, oil and tyre checks prior to leaving site
- pre-planned delivery routes and schedules – discuss any changes with the office/distribution supervisor
- recording delivery information correctly on paperwork provided
- keeping vigilant of correct delivery times in order to meet Good-In availability
- staying aware of any route diversions or updates to your delivery journey/additional drop-off points
- having a strong awareness of the UK highway code
