Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • manage the BTEC programme, working closely with all partners and suppliers
  • contribute to the planning of, then manage the delivery of the community engagement programme with local residents and community groups
  • manage community programmes such as Walkers and Talkers, Bears Discovery and Access to Edgbaston
  • manage and deliver the EDI community activities at the Stadium
  • manage the employability and workforce development projects, such as work experience and career conferences
  • oversee co-ordination of processes to ensure effective management and delivery so that we reach our potential
  • manage the fulfilment of community donations, gift in kind and ticket requests
  • oversee the budget for each project

Requirements

  • experience of planning and managing successful projects
  • passion for supporting diverse communities and promoting sport as force for good
  • experience of budget management
  • excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • experience of leading and motivating volunteers
  • excellent planning and organisational skills to effectively manage and deliver a diverse workload
  • experience of team work within a non-profit setting
  • accuracy and attention to detail
