Working hours

Responsibility
- oversee the daily operations of the bar, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- train and mentor bar staff on customer service, drink preparation, and safety protocols
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- collaborate with the kitchen to coordinate food and beverage offerings
- monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- previous experience in a bar management role is preferred
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food production and kitchen operations is a plus
- familiarity with hotel bar operations is an advantage
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
