Responsibility

  • meeting with top management to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs
  • manage Projects consisting of new sites, new software, new ventures and business projects
  • developing detailed project plans to staff members and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements
  • identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members
  • monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
  • ensure weekly review of progress, budget resources and forward planning are carried out
  • maintain and manage sites and subcontractors, ensuring all subcontractors follow the companies’ procedures and processes
  • excellent leadership communication skills to liaise effectively with all project staff members
