- meeting with top management to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs
- manage Projects consisting of new sites, new software, new ventures and business projects
- developing detailed project plans to staff members and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements
- identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members
- monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
- ensure weekly review of progress, budget resources and forward planning are carried out
- maintain and manage sites and subcontractors, ensuring all subcontractors follow the companies’ procedures and processes
- excellent leadership communication skills to liaise effectively with all project staff members
Requirements
- previous experience in project management
- strong skills in Planning, Leading and Managing projects
- fast learner and inquisitive
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- adhere to agreed priorities, procedures and processes
- able to work to challenging deadlines
