Responsibility
- provide excellent customer service, making it a friendly and welcoming environment
- prepare drinks and food to order in a timely manner and to a high standard
- ensure that all volunteers comply with the required level of food hygiene within the café
- maintenance of food temperature records
- ensure that the café is stocked appropriately at the end of the day
- arrange hand over of cash to Manager
- open and close the café at the beginning and end of each shift
- monitor and record relevant steps and activities of food preparation and hot and cold storage to ensure food is safe for consumption and that Health and Safety guidelines are complied with
