Responsibility
- the Practice Manager will work closely with the Partners in developing and maintaining an efficient and effective GP practice
- the post holder will provide leadership and organisational skills to enable the Practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives within a profitable, efficient, safe, and effective working environment
- in particular, the role will support the Partners in areas of project management, personnel management, financial management, management of patient and clinical information and general administrative duties
- at all times the post holder must act in a manner consistent with the code of conduct and appearance representing the Practice and the NHS
- the post holder will manage and coordinate all aspects of organisation functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and financial performance, ensuring the organisation achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment
- through innovative ways of working, lead the team in promoting ED&I, SHEF, quality and continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development and ensure the organisation complies with CQC regulations
