Responsibility

• ensure the ops manager is kept up to date on any issues such as training/overtime/targets/productivity etc
• to lead, manage and motivate the team
• continue to improve efficiencies without detriment to service

• provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
• deliver training to the team
• communicate deadlines and companies goals with positivity and professionalism
• conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continued expectations
• support Operations manager and perform management duties as and when requested and support the decisions of the business and help to move the company forward
• provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
• carry out regular coaching for the team
• answer team member questions, help with team member problems, and oversee team members work for quality to ensure we achieve a first class service
