- maintain exceptional kitchen cleanliness through efficient glass and dishwashing
- support our chefs with food preparation tasks
- assist with stock rotation and basic inventory management
- uphold strict food hygiene standards
- keep the kitchen and storage areas organised and clean
- empty bins and maintain waste areas properly
Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- no prior experience needed - full training provided
- strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- ability to work in a fast-paced pub kitchen
- physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- evening and weekend availability essential
