Responsibility
- we are a growing provider of Traffic Management services across the United Kingdom and require a Finance Assistant to support our finance operations at our Belfast Head Office
- processing purchases invoices for payment
- attend meetings as required by management
- identifying savings across suppliers where possible
- any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by Senior Management Team
- assisting with monthly employee payroll runs
- issuing customer monthly statements
- contacting customers who are beyond payment terms
Requirements
- 3rd level business related qualification
- 1 years minimum experience of working in a similar role within a private sector organisation
- qualified Accounting Technician
- xero accounting platform experience
- proven Experience in a busy office environment
- strong organisational skills
- strong process driven person
- ability to work to strict timescales
